I am in my 30s and is starting to see gray hair.I've been using this for the past 2 months and it seems to help prevent further graying. I usually pull any gray hair I have out (I don't recommend this by the way) and a few months later, others would pop up. I've been pulling em out and I haven't seen any new ones so far! But it doesn't reverse gray hair because I left a few strands on purpose and it is still as white, if not whiter than it was before taking this. I don't think there is any product in the market (except dye) today that can reverse gray hair. It is just impossible.
